LGB G Gauge 72700 Continental Classic Express Collector's Edition Set - with Wooden Display Case

This collector's edition starter set contains everything needed to run a continental classic train:

• A twin-motor Mallet steam loco with a smoke generator and digital electronic sound (operates on DC control, not DCC).
• Two matching Pullman coaches with fully decorated interiors, functioning interior lighting and pre-fitted passenger figures.
• Locomotive features headlight lanterns, while one of the two coaches features rear marker lanterns.
• 16 wide-radius (R3) curved sections and 18 straight sections of track.
• 5-amp transformer and microprocessor throttle.

Overview

• Condition: Coaches are in excellent condition.  Locomotive is in very good condition, however there is residue on both sides of the cab which looks like stickers had previously been applied and later removed (see close-up photos).
• Operational Status: Excellent - features working sounds that play automatically to match motion, smoke generator (with sachet of smoke oil included) and working headlights, tail lights and interior coach lighting.
• Original Box: Yes - supplied in a large wooden storage and display case with perspex front and box section at the base for storage of the track and electrical components.  The unit is on castors to allow for easy movement when on the ground, and features a strong strap at the top for lifting.
