Overview

• Condition: Pre-owned but in good overall condition, there are the following issues that we could see:
  • The left-hand buffer at both ends has suffered damage.  One is still sprung but has some paint damage.  The other has been glued back into place and has some damage to the paintwork and surface (primarily underneath so not overly noticeable under normal circumstances) - see close up photos for more detail.
  • One window is missing from one of the doors on coach C - close up photo provided.
  • The coupling between the centre coaches that connects the two halves of the train together, has been partly broken off.  This means the coupling is a little looser than it should be, but once the hook on the bottom has clicked into place, the coupling seems sound and all six cars moved around our test track together without any issues.  This does not affect the electrics of the train as the centre coupling has no contacts.
• Operational Status: Tested as a full six-car train and runs very smoothly in both directions.  Also features working directional lights, interior coach lighting, cab lighting, and table lamps - all of which can be controlled independently by DCC functions.
• DCC Status: DCC Fitted (two decoders) - programmed to address 3.
