Kit Built 16mm Scale (32mm Gauge) Battery Operated Inspection Vehicle

This model has three interchangeable configurations - a bolt under the model holds the top in place, undoing this bolt allows the rear section to be lifted out and swapped.  See photos for all three configurations.

Overview
  • Condition: A wonderful little model, custom built to resemble a Fowler diesel engine powered rail truck.  The chassis and engine housing are metal, while the rear sections are made form wood and plastic.  Excellent models built to a very high standard and maintained in very good condition (however there is some dust and light signs of wear).  These models are built from laser-cut MDF kits.  Unusual model with high levels of detail and nice decoration.
  • Operational Status: This model is battery powered and requires 1x 9V battery (shown in photographs for illustrative purposes, but the battery is not included).  A three-position switch is located under the chassis with positions for forward, backward and off.  The model has been tested with a battery and runs well in both directions.
