Overview

  • Condition: Good overall condition. Requires some attention to restore to full working order - the connecting pins on some of the rods have come loose or broken away, repairs have previously been attempted and may need some tidying up.  One motor is not functioning (this may be an electrical issue, or a mechanical one - we were unable to get to the motor itself to apply direct power).  The previous owner had removed the worm gear (included in the box) so that the wheels could rotate freely and the engine would move on one motor - which it does, other than the loose rods fouling its motion.  Some of the paintowrk is worn or chipped and would need some touching up.  But overall is solidly built, with all metal construction.
