Overview

  • Condition: Built to a very good standard, overall in a solid condition, and it does run OK on the track.  However, it is need of some restoration and fine-tuning.  When running there is quite a pronounced rise-and-fall or wobble, with occasional hesitation.  Cosmetically there a number of knocks and chips to the paintwork, meaning the model will potentially need a full respray, or at least some careful touch-ups.  The coupling bar between engine and tender has broken off from the tender, but is included.  Fitted with a single-stage gearbox and can motor.
