Overview
  • Condition: Good overall condition, but there are a few signs of age and wear, including some small marks visible in the gloss finish, paint on parts of the maroon lining on the tender (possibly covering up chips to the underlying gloss), one safety valve is missing, and some marks/scratches that suggest one of the rods has been bent out of shape and bent back into position (see close-up photos).
  • Operational Status: Tested and runs smoothly in both directions.  Although the model has a switch to allow 2- or 3-rail running, the third rail pickup spoons have been removed.  The spoons are inside the box and would need to be reattached for 3-rail operation.
